Q: iTunes can't update or restore iPad or iPhone

Hi Everyone.

I've been trying to restore (and/or Update) iPad and iPhone over iTunes.

It ask me to download the iPad/iPhone software, and after a before competing downloading it crashes shown the following error:

"We could not complete your iTunes Store request, An unknown error occurred (-42588).

There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."

It's been like this since the latest itunes update 12.2.2.25

Any ideas how to fix this?
