Like I said in my original post, I don't need a lecture about downgrading. Downgrading may not be a good idea in your book, but if an "upgrade" gets rids of functionality that a particular user happens to have enjoyed, a downgrade option would be a good thing. Besides, I am very aware of the whole upgrade process with respect to computer, electronics, etc. "Upgrades" are normally done to correct issues, provide better functionality, address user concerns. With that said, upgrades occasionally introduce new problems or reduced functionality. I've been around the block with respect to computers. I have over 25 years in the business with NCR, IBM, Cisco, NetApp, etc. I've seen first hand what "upgrades" do so next time save your opinions and either provide help or don't bother responding.
