Apple won't give you more tha 10% off the price of a new one for it. If it's in working order, you're probably better off selling it to someone else.

You can sell it and buy a new one. If you are interested in a fast sale, then try Gazelle.com or other similar services. But you will likely get more for it if you use the local want-ads or auction it on eBay.
