IPhone 6 wont power up it will connect to itunes but it can restore comes up with 4005 error. Itunes it updated. tried just about everything to get it to boot up but wont . The phone is cloud lock locked not sure if that would have anything to do with it.

In my opinion you have a hardware issue, specially after the steps you have taken. If the phone is still in warranty which it likely is, I would take it to an Apple Store for a test and replacement. I would make an appointment with the Genius Bar over the phone or web. Good luck.
