hello friends is there anybody can help me, when i restore my iphone using itunes after extracting the softwares its distract from my computer (dell), its give error (9) i check already itunes is updated, my laptop operation system is also updated, i also change the usb cables using orignal apple cable , no other usb cable connect but it still giving error (9).
if anybody can guide me, please help me
