Is there a way to turn off Generation 2 Apple TV's VoiceOver with a Apple TV remote control?

Last night, I ended up "re-setting" it - which worked on its own to turn off the VoiceOver.

I had looked for Voiceover on the menu - like you are indicating but I did not see the words "VoiceOver"... I must have flipped through the menu items too fast.

I just checked it again doing and I see it now. Very useful to know.
