WHAT DO I DO IF MY ICLOUL ID IS BLOCKED

I have a Iphone 6 iOS 8.4.1 and when I write the password iCloud tells me it's wrong. I tried using the security questions and it has appeared a sign saying that the account has been blocked for security reasons. What can I do to fix it?
