Apple Watch heart rate data is not syncing to my iPhone's health app

Hello. So my Health app is missing heart rate data that I have been collecting using my Apple Watch. For example I know that my watch is correctly measuring my heart rate because if I swipe up for the heart rate glance it will measure my heart rate. It also correctly measures my heart rate during my workouts. But when I checked my health app on my iPhone I often find that for an entire day the heart rate data is missing, as if it was never recorded by my Apple Watch. Has anyone else run into this issue? Anyone know how to fix this, or get back the missing data?

Thank you very much for your time.

Hi Rob

Check that your iPhone has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled.

Check that your iPhone and Apple Watch are within range of each other and connected.

- Swipe up on your watch face, swipe left or right to the Settings Glance which will show Connected or Disconnected.

Try restarting both devices.

Restart Apple Watch: Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; Drag the slider to turn off completely; Afterwards, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
