my husbands iPhone is using my iCloud, how do I get him his own iCloud started?

I added my iCloud sign on details to my husbands iPhone 5s thinking it would save me time and trouble getting him his own I.D on iCloud, unfortunately, I now cannot log out and get him his own iCloud I.D. Can anyone advice me on how to do this please.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

If you REALLY did sign in with your info - you can sign out with your info. But you are saying that you can not, right?

If right - you need to figure out what you signed in with and if wrong -just sign out.

Figuring that out is the hardest part - you need to check all emails that you could have used or created - good luck.
