I'm trying to update IOS 8.4.1 in iphone 6 but appear a message "Unable to install update". Can you please help me to solve this issue. Thanks

Backup your iPhone with iTunes, reboot the phone and try again.

I have a similar issue with my phone but now im stuck in recovery mode and can not restore or do anything with my phone,
