Heart rate zone feedback is not currently a feature of the Workout app.

However, watchOS 2 (the operating software update for Apple Watch that is coming this Autumn / Fall) enables apps to use watch features including the heart rate sensor and the Taptic Engine, so it is possible that such features may soon become available.

Apple has already disclosed, for example, that "Strava uses the heart rate sensor to gather and display data during workouts".
