I want to change the Music playlist synched to Apple Watch to another playlist I created in Music/iTunes. The Apple Watch App on the iPhone 6 only provides 2 default playlists "Music Videos" and "Purchased". How can I add another playlist to be synched to the Watch. I run and don't always carry my iPhone and want to be able to have music stream from the Apple Watch to Bluetooth headphones.

For more playlists to be offered for syncing in the Apple Watch app, you first need to create another playlist on your iPhone.

In order to be able to play music directly from your Apple Watch, make sure that any tracks you add to the playlist are either ones that you own (ie tracks that you have on your iPhone) or are Apple Music or iTunes Match tracks that you have chosen to Make Available Offline (ie downloaded for offline listening).
