Disk Utility warning

Used Disk Utility to verify disk and fix permissions.

Got message:

"Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired."

Is this important?

How can I repair the file?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

No, it isn't important. It's an informational message that you can ignore. OS X Disk Utility's Repair Disk Permissions messages that you can safely ignore.
