My iPhone 5S vibrator isn't working at all

So I recently bought an iPhone 5S and at first the vibrator worked as per usual; with texts, calls, charging, etc. But then, out of the blue, only a few days later, it randomly stopped working. I checked the sound settings to make sure I had vibrate on silent on, I tried to different vibration samples for ringtones and such, I even tried making my own custom vibration but nothing would make my phone vibrate whatsoever. I turned the "silent" button on the side of the phone on and off several times but that did not work. I plugged and unplugged my phone from the charger cord but nothing. It will not vibrate at all. I tried restarting my phone but nothing. I tried rebooting my phone but still nothing. Please someone help because its super annoying not having it buzz all the time; it's how I know when I get texts and calls and everything.
