YouTube App Icon has disappeared from my iPad

My old iPad lost YouTube the other day. The app icon disappeared when I synced it to my computer. The iPad was very old and maxed out so I used it as an excuse to get a new one yesterday. After downloading the new iPad, I still get the same problem. It shows that YouTube is on the iPad, but there is no icon. I can remove it through iTunes, reload it, it shows the app icon the loading of it, but as soon as the it is done loading, the app icon disappears. The app shows up in settings, and when I go to the App Store, it shows that it has already been downloaded.

Any suggestions?

Use the spotlight search feature to locate the app. While on your home screen swipe down with one finger. You should then be able to type YouTube into a search bar.-AJ
