Q: Gift card and family sharing not synonymous?

Gift cards - do not seem to carry over when you choose family sharing. I was charged on my card for purchases made by my wife after I set up family sharing although I have credit on my account from a gift card. Seems wrong...

Neville, If you want the gift card to be used for your wife's purchases, the card must be redeemed on her account, not yours.
