My iphone 5c suddenly has a pink hue in the top right corner and the touch screen is not always working

What is causing a pink hue in the top right corner of my iPhone 5c and why is my touch screen suddenly not always working. Both of these things began happening at the same time. Also when I reboot the phone a green streak runs down the center of my screen

That sounds very much like a failure in the graphics chip or the digitizer/screen. Only thing you can do is take it to an Apple store genius bar and have the technicians check it out to see what is failing.
