Apple tv subtitles problem .. help me please

hey guys hope u can help me

I bought an apple TV 3rd generation it works perfectly except of the subtitles i rented a movie which had in it's description that Arabic subtitle is available but when i watched it it's subtitled in English. so I went to settings - language subtitle but can't find Arabic subtitle . so how can i add the Arabic subtitle ??
please help me
