Q: new itunes current phone

You state you have a new computer with a new iTunes account. Normally you don't want to create a new iTunes account when you get a new computer. You can just use your existing iTunes account.
To move your previous iTunes library from your old computer to your new computer please see
How to move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Support
That way you will have your songs on your new computer and can start syncing with it.
