update my app using xcode 5.1.1 applications must be ready for upload on iTunes Connect

I wan't to update my app I have create higher new version of app now it's show me "Prepare for Submission"

I'm using xcode 5.1.1, when I try to upload it's show me applications must be ready for upload on iTunes Connect before they can be validated or submitted from within Xcode..

Ther is no "ready for upload " in new iTUNES.
