Safari gear icon appear in menu bar

Hi, I just updated to os x 10.10.5. Now every time I open a new tab, or a website, a small gear icon appears in menu bar and I don't know what to do with that. How to turn this off?

Something is running an automator workflow when you start Safari.

I have no idea what it might be, but it isn't normal.

Try clicking on the gear menu when it runs; I can't remember the options you get, but perhaps one might be to see the name or open the workflow.

Also, if you want to post a screen shot, just click the little camera icon in the toolbar.
