Aug 16, 2015 3:35 PM in response to AJ397by missiet,Wifi is off. When I go to settings and wifi to turn it on, the button will not move. I have tried sliding and tapping. I have tried resetting the network settings, and that does not change anything.

Aug 16, 2015 4:12 PM in response to missietby elcpu,Missiet, try this. Basically, swipe up from the very bottom of your screen, you should see the control panel, then see if you can see the Wi-Fi icon. It should be on.

See: WiFi Greyed Out. If that does not resolve the problem your radio chip has failed. It's a pretty common problem for an iPhone 4.
