Q: My iPhone 6 plus shows 20 GIGS in the "summary" as OTHER. How do I delete Other?

My iTunes summary on my iPhone 6 plus lists all my imp stuff like: photos, apps, music. Even documents and Data is about 800MB. What in the &$%@ is OTHER and how do I get rid of it?

Usually, the "Other" is only a small amount of space. If you have 20GB of it, then you have corrupted files. The only way to get rid of them is to erase the iPhone and set up as new.
