I've linked my 5s phone to my computer with a USB cable to download my photos and clear up some space on my phone, but only a few are showing up on the computer end when I open the device on the computer. How do I find the rest of them? I am thinking they are on the Cloud, but I want them on my computer. How do I get them?? Help.

Check the settings on your iPhone to see if iCloud photo library is on or not. It should be in Settings>iCloud>Photos>iCloud Photo Library. If it is on then your missing photos are saved in iCloud and you can either download them from iCloud.com or you can turn off iCloud Photo Library and choose to download a copy.
If iCloud Photo Library is not on then your photos may be in photo stream. If so then you would need to use iCloud for Windows or enable photo stream in iPhoto.
