Why is there a 200MB limit!?

Why is there a MB limit for iCloud!? This seem silly. Aside from the fact that all my playlists are now missing or grayed out.

My Audio Books are larger. The books that are broken up into chapters are the same size.... Why would it matter if the book is 1 audio file.

"Items that aren't eligible.. ..songs that are larger than 200MB or songs encoded at 96 Kbps or less"

this item not eligible for icloud music library

It's not like your saving space. I had to dig for this information... It's not like iTunes actually tells you why your file is "Not eligible for iCloud" in the annoying error message. Other than this and my missing music I love iCloud music concept so for. Still work to do on it though.
