How do I set up Family Sharing on a PC?

I have Family Sharing set up between my wife & I & just got my laptop back; therefore, I would like to set it up if possible.

Toshiba laptop-OTHER, Windows 7

It sounds like you've already setup Family Sharing, but you would like to be able to access it from your laptop PC. All you will need to share content, like music, movies, etc, is be logged into iTunes with the Organizer's Apple ID or one of the Family Members' IDs.
