Q: Keynote is not free

After I upgraded my MacBook Air to Yosemite, Keynote is no longer free and in Apple Store, I have to pay before downloading it while Pages and Numbers are still free.

Any solution would be gratefully thanked.

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Maybe Keynote was hidden somehow, and because of that you see this app as a paid one. Follow the steps to unhide it -> https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202320

In case you paid for Keynote while it is free for your Mac, you can contact with the Mac App Store support -> http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact
