i accidentally deleted a song while it was being purchased. now when i go to itunes, it says, "purchased" but i can't re-download oe re-buy the album. the icloud isn't there. i've tried to find it on my phone and computer's purchased section but it's not wven there. it's as if i didn't buy it.

You've gone to the Purchased tab, via the More button at the bottom right of the iTunes store app, does it show there for redownloading ? If it doesn't show there, and it's not hidden (Hide and unhide purchases in the iTunes Store - Apple Support), you've tried logging out (tap on your id at the bottom of the Music tab in the iTunes store app) and back into your account ?
