I Am trying to connect my iPad 4th generation to my 4k Samsung TV wireless. I could my smart phone just fine but no choice when I scroll up. I only have air drop. How do I get it? Thank you!

If you are trying to use AirPlay Mirroring, it only works with an Apple TV, so you will not get this feature working with your Samsung television.
Respecting to AirPlay, have you checked that Samsung made your TV AirPlay-compatible? If not, you're out of luck.
