Aug 17, 2015 5:11 AM in response to fiveinchjimmyby Ralph Landry1,Is your computer connected to the internet? iTunes has to retrieve the iOS files from Apple to do the restore. If you do not have a computer with internet access, you can take the iPhone to an Apple store genius bar and get the staff to help you use one of their computers to make the connection.
