Can't play rented movies using AirPlay

Hi

I rented a movie using iTunes on my MBP and when I try to view it using AirPlay and Apple TV I get this annoying error that doesn't make sense. See screen shot.

Why can't I mirror my MBP with AirPlay? What does it matter what type of TV I am using? It is a flat HD TV.

I got the same thing. This happens when the movie is not fully downloaded yet. This article explains that the movie must be fully downloaded to stream it to your Apple TV through AirPlay: About renting movies from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
