Check under About This Mac. If not installed you can download the standalone update from here. Apple - Support - Downloads

Some users are experiencing an issue when trying to install some updates (mainly OS X 10.10.5 and iTunes 12.2.2) from the Mac App Store. In order to install OS X 10.10.5, try doing it with the Combo installer -> OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 Combo Update
