Q: Why am I unable to share an album (already on the iCloud) from Photos?  The option is greyed out?

Hi

I uploaded some photos to an album I created in Photos (it is in the Shared Folder) section.  I now want to share these with people but the option to do so is greyed out.  I am logged in to iCloud and the option for Photo Sharing is enabled.  Not sure what the problem is?
