I sm trying to determine who is using what types of connections to my wifi. Specifically b/g/n. But I can't seem to find a way to locate the list of wifi clients at all.

Bring up AirPort Utility and while on the main graphical display page, hold down the Option Key and double click on the AirPort device in question (your case, the Time Capsule) . A Summary tab should appear with a listing of all Wireless Clients. Some will have actual names. For instance, names like lcasinelli's MacBook Pro. Others will just be listed with a MAC addresses.

In the App Store there are IP Network Scanner apps that can help translate those MAC addresses into an actual device name. I'm looking at one now on my iPad called IP Scanner that does a pretty good job of that.

If I check one of those clients.. Then I get the details.

I have done this by using the short summary page.. just click on the airport icon.. and then hover your mouse over the IP (or name or MAC address) of the client. All I did was place the cursor over the wireless client I wanted to get details for and they pop up.
