If you see a different Apple ID while trying to update an app, it could mean three things:

  1. You have a pirated app;
  2. You have got a second-hand Mac, or;
  3. The least possible one: you hid the app.

To discard the third one. see if the app you want to update is hidden in your Apple ID purchases, and if so, unhide it -> Hide and unhide purchases in the Mac App Store - Apple Support
