I see from your post that your iPhone's screen is entirely blue. I can definitely understand how this is a very frustrating experience, so in order to get this resolved I'd like you to please follow the steps below.
If you see a solid color screen (black, white, or blue)
- Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.
- Force restart your device while it's plugged in.
- If this doesn't work, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.

Aug 19, 2015 1:58 AM in response to alex_h1by princeraj427,Problem is solved as i replaced my battery and just make it's connector proper, now it's working fine as before.
Problem was just caused because of battery connector and battery damage.
