iMovie for iOS to Instagram - Poor Quality fix

I used iMovie to create a 15 second crop edit with music. Saved to my camera roll. When posting the edit to Instagram, without any additional filters, the preview looks great. But final post is horrendous quality. How can I fix this? (All iOS and Apps are up to date)
