Q: I got a new iphone through insuance and i cant restore my backup stored on my computer. Any help?

I just got my Ip6 from the insurance today after losing my last one. I got everything set up and connected to iTunes, but it wont allow me to restore my backup. Can anyone help?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1

Not sure what you've already tried, but the "Use iTunes" section of the following may help: Transfer content from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new device - Apple Support
