Q: Safari changes languages ! It started in Chinnese now it starting Spanish ! Why ?

When browsing on ebay I clicked on an item and the whole screen turned into Chinnese ! Then today I was on Lowes.com looking at electrical supplies and clicked on an item and the whole web site turned into Spanish ! someone please help !

I'm using Version 8.0.7 (10600.7.12) and   OS X Yosemite version 10.10.4 (14E46)
