Lost all my music on iTunes

In my iTunes library I have exclamation points next to all my songs.

I have tried various solutions as suggested on support communities but nothing is working.

I have not exported my music, I have not changed my iPhone, I just updated my Macbook Air and lost all my songs.

Please help!
