My phone sound

My brand new iPhone 6 was originally set up at T-Mobile with a temporary phone number. Today my old carrier Great call transferred my existing old cell phone number over to my iPhone T-Mobile account and now my GPS and phone do not have any sound...any suggestions?

I understand that your iPhone recently stopped producing any sound from the speaker. To begin troubleshooting this situation, I would suggest reading over and working through the suggested steps located in the attached article below.
