How do you convert keynote to an editable pdf?

I know how to convert a file into a PDF file but I am trying to figure out how to do so as a pdf file that can be edited. What I mean by this is that someone else could change what is typed to better fit their needs. Right now I am working with Keynote but would love to know how to do this with pages as well (if different).

Thank you!

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

I am trying to visualize what you are describing

creating something in Keynote

exporting it as a PDF

someone else opening the PDF and changing the contents to suit their needs.

You can use Adobe Reader or Preview (Mac) to grab content but you won't be really be changing the PDF itself.

It is hard to fiddle with contents of PDF files unless you use Adobe Acrobat Pro or third party programs.

Why not work on a platform common to both users?

E.g. LibreOffice
