How do I migrate my Aperture library into the Photos app in Yosemite?

How do I migrate my Aperture library into the Photos app in Yosemite?

I upgraded to Yosemite (iOS 10.10.5), but my Aperture software isn't supported and cannot be upgraded. I know my Aperture library is still on my Time Capsule, but I don't know how to get those photos moved into the Photos App. Any ideas?

iMac (24-inch Early 2009), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Restore it to the computer's internal drive, launch Photos with the Option key held down, click on Other Library, and choose it.

If you need a feature which Aperture has but Photos doesn't, clickhereand follow the instructions.
