Error deleting file: IMG_ could not be deleted. the device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected.

When I connect my iPhone to my computer to transfer pictures I get the following errors: Error deleting file: IMG_### could not be deleted. the device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected. I also have two extra drives that have just appeared IMG_0776 & 0789. Everything in the snipit can not be deleted. Thanks!

Specifically -

Import media to a Windows PC

Before importing your media:
