Hello
I went to start up my mac book pro and had a problem - despite taking a little longer and using the start up bar which it has not done before - it started in safe boot. I do not know why it did that - in addition to that it refuses to accept my password to log onto the computer. Does any one have any thoughts on why this might have happened and how I might get past it?
