i have a problem with my apple id . when i try to download or update my application show me this messages " your apple id is disable" I reset my password and security question but still have a problem. please hele me.

Why would you expect fellow users on these user-to-user forums to know ? Have you tried the instructions already posted to see if you can re-enable it ? Or contacted iTunes Support ?
