iMac mid 2010. running yosemite 10.10.4
Every DVD auto eject within 20 seconds. CD works fine. I have tried numerous DVD, even brand new ones.
I have also tried every reset possible and imaginable. (I think) I run diagnosis no errors noticed.

You need to be specific about what you have attempted and how many attempts. Without specifics all we have is a symptom.
OK Got it.
I have done NVRAM, PRAM, SMC 3 times each at different times in that order.
I want to mention again, the CD function, plays well, no issue.
I also tried different region DVD and none work. I do not know when this problem started, since I didn't use DVD for some times, only in the last 4 weeks, I have tried using DVD and realized it did not work anymore..
I hope this explains it well, if not, do ask more questions. I really want this to be solved, hopefully without having to have to bring it to a dealer.

See mattcurtis777's post at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5031507?tstart=0. Alternatively, try an optical reader lens cleaner. One with brushes, since the CD and DVD uses different lenses to read them.

Try baltwo's suggest, if the cleaner does not fix it then it's time to replace the SuperDrive. if you need to do that, get an external drive and connect it via USB. I would contact OWC (www.macsales.com) for various models. They carry quite a few and can help you find one that perfect for your needs.
