Q: Apple tv wont work, even after restart, checking cables, upgrading router! Help!

Our Apple tv will not work, just keeps circling. It says its connected. We have restarted, upgraded our router, checked cables, turned everything off to no avail. Please advise! Thanks!

Restore your Apple TV to factory settings: Restore your Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation) - Apple Support

If still not resolved, check your Apple TV on a different network to see if issue is with your network or with Apple TV service.
