Q: Activation lock

hello,

i live in India , i bought my Ipad from malaysia on 20/5/2012. yesterday i do factory reset on my Ipad and after that when i connect to itunes , it ask me for the activation lock , and surprisingly he is not taking my appleid which i am using from past 3 years . its not possible to connect with the malaysian shopkeeper now  as there is no email id on the bill ,i have bill for my purchase also . tell me what i can do now to restore my ipad

    If the Activation Lock screen is asking for an Apple ID which is not yours, then only the previous owner who set it can unlock it. If you are unable to contact them then I'm afraid you will never be able to use the phone. There is no way round the lock: Apple cannot unlock it for you.
