Ipod Nano exchange program?
Since the Apple Music service is not and will not be compatible with the Ipod Nano, will Apple be working out some type of exchange program for customers who have purchased Nanos within a certain time frame? Example, my wife decided to buy me a new Nano for Christmas and it has went unused because I was waiting to switch from Spotify to Apple Music, when it became available. I've gotten comfortable streaming and listening to songs off-line with Spotify, so much so that I do it exclusively now. I was hoping to do the same with Apple Music, as we are already in the Apple ecosystem. Yes, I could easily use my phone for this purpose, but I choose not to, for many reasons, but mainly because I like to have a dedicated music player for the gym, running and for travel. Is Apple going to offer any type of trade in for Nanos that would go towards the purchase of an Apple Music compatible device(ipod touch for instance)? It's just a shame that I have a gift that is essentially a door stop now. Offering an upgrade credit would go a long way, even if it's not the full value of the Nano purchase price(even if it is an unused one, like in my case).
